Early this year, Laurent and Stephanie celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary. They decided to spend the holiday in a family circle in their spacious house in Monaco.

Banquet for 21 persons including children and adolescents required my wholehearted efforts because Laurent and Stephanie requested a separate menu for each guest. They decided to engage a top-class chef one month in advance.

It took them 2 weeks to choose the right chef and, to my great delight, they selected me.
I exceeded all of their expectations, and they have already invited me to cook at Laurent’s birthday party that will be held in two months.
